Four rats, one vault. Every card you play is both a bid for loot and a pickpocket tool. Loot you grab sits face-up in front of you where anyone can steal it back, so pick your moment to lock your bag.

Setup
The 4 Kings are set aside. Everyone is dealt 6 cards from the rest.
The Kings are shuffled into the undealt cards to form the Vault.
The top 4 Vault cards are flipped face-up: the Loot Row.
Each round (6 per heist)
Bid. Everyone secretly plays one card. All bids are revealed at once.
Collisions. Players who revealed the same rank collide. They get nothing this round.
Grab, highest bid first. Each remaining player does one of:
Grab any one card from the Loot Row into your bag, face-up.
Pickpocket: if your bid's rank matches a face-up card in a rival's bag, steal it instead. Guards can't be stolen.
Pass. The last player to act may not pass — if only a Guard is left, they take it.
Clean up. Bids are discarded. The Loot Row refills to 4 from the Vault.
Stash
Once per heist, before you bid in any round, you may stash: your whole bag flips face-down and is safe from pickpockets for the rest of the heist. Anything you take afterward is face-up and exposed again.
Scoring
After 6 rounds, total your bag: loot values minus 10 per Guard. Play 3 heists; highest total wins.
Tips
An Ace wins first pick or steals a rival's Ace — you only get one shot.
Low cards aren't dead: when everyone bids high to dodge a Guard, the low bidder often gets a free pick.
Stash too early and everything you take afterward is exposed. Stash too late and it's gone.
